Thanks for reaching out! Are you able to provide more context to your question? I'm not quite sure what you're referring to unfortunately, but we'd love to help!
If you're referring to Shaw Go WiFi, we have some pretty helpful information on getting started on connecting your mobile devices here:

If you're referring to setting up your Shaw email address on a mobile device, please see the setup instructions here:

I have a Samsung Note 4 model SM-N910W8 running Android 6.0.1. All was well until I tried setting up a VPN. I could receive fine, but e-mails would not send. I had to force stop the VPN to send e-mail.
I searched the tech sites and it seems I needed to go into web-mail and change the e-mail protocol and use port 587 or 465. When I go into Shaw web-mail preferences, I do not see the same screen as in the example and I am unable to add my Samsung to the mobile device list. I tried logging into web-mail using windows on my laptop as well as through the Samsung smartphone and neither see's the smartphone and adds it or allows any provision to add it manually. The smartphone is on the Telus network. I am unable to locate any support info that indicates how I can add the mobile device (Samsung smartphone) onto the list so that I can configure the port and verify the strength of the password.
I have tried two VPNs with the same result on the e-mail.
I believe the root problem stopping me at this point is that the phone is not listed on the web-mail for remote access.
Thanks for your help.
For Webmail, you're phone does not need to be registered on your account. Registering it would be for Shaw GO WIFI. The settings you would need to check would be on your phone in the email setup, specifically in this case the SMTP settings since you are unable to send. You can find the specific settings in this document here for both POP or IMAP depending on which you are using.
Hi Don B,
My Shaw GO WIFI was working fine. I have not been anywhere to evaluate if I can send email through Shaw GO WIFI.
Thanks for your settings help. I am now at the point where the e-mail says it sent on my sent file on the smartphone e-mail, but it was not received on my laptop or my smartphone with the VPN turned on. If the VPN is force stopped, all works well.
I am not certain that Shaw can do more for me at this point and I am working again with the VPN tech support.
My sincere thanks to Don B and Brayden.
