The latest iOS version of the FreeRange TV app crashes when making a selection from the Listings. Makes it nearly useless for live stream viewing.
Does anyone else experience this problem?
Sorry to hear that you're having troubles with the latest version.
Unfortunately, I can't test as I don't have an iOS device but can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this continues to persist?
Uninstalled and reinstalled, regrettably it's still the same problem. Seems that other people have the same problem as they've commented on in the reviews on the App Store.
A fix soon should would be nice.
Just wondering if you have other Apple devices? If so, and if you have FreeRange installed, do you notice the same issue on all others or only happening on one device? Ken
Looks the FreeRange app crash might be related to the iOS version. My iPad is an older model and will only run iOS version 9.3.5. I downloaded FreeRange TV to an iPhone 7 running iOS version 10.1.1 and no crash when selecting a program from the listings.
Since I won't be buying a new iPad anytime soon it would be good to see a fix that will allow FreeRange TV to still work reliably with iOS 9.3.5
Thanks for doing the additional testing. I do see that this issue has been reported to our app team. No ETA on when a fix might be rolled out but it is on their radar.
