Contacts in my address book that use gmail and yahoo email addresses are not receiving my emails.
Are your contacts from Yahoo and Gmail email addresses synchronized with Outlook? Do you get any error message or bounce back?

Not sure, I tried sending one email to my own gmail account and it went thru from Outlook and webmail
I am sending to multiple recipients from outlook. The same ones always get returned.
There is a generic subject line when I send to multiple recipient.

To further clarify, if you send the email to the same # of recipients in webmail, do you encounter the same problem?
How many recipients are in the email you are sending out?
Is there a firewall or antivirus program being used?
If you try sending via webmail to all recipients and the email does go through then we know the problem lies with either Outlook or the computer.
I haven't tried sending them from webmail. I have 40 recipients on my list. I will try sending them out
with webmail and will let you know. Yes there is a antivirus program, Windows Defender. I don't have
the contacts listed with webmail so it will take some time. I tried importing them from outlook without
