We have a problem with our Bandwidth Data Count. Please Help

Hi, i've been looking at our bandwidth data count and i think there's been a mistake.

 

We upgraded to Internet 150 on March 28th and i noticed that our total bandwidth usage moved to 1TB for monthly data usage by that date.

 

But after March 28th, our data count got stuck at 399GB data usage for many days and it did not start back at 0 when it was April 1st to start a new month.

 

I just checked today and it shows now that it's 541GB but it's still counting as March 1st to April 9th...is there something wrong with the data usage counting?
