I'm attempting to login to the Gateway app by using my Shaw ID and the app keeps saying that it does not recognize my information. I'm still able to login to my Shaw account using the same Shaw ID.

To confirm you're logging in with your new Shaw ID. We are now having users register using any email address (shaw.ca email address or any other email address). For example; When logging in on Shaw My Account, please ensure to select the Shaw ID tab (2nd option) at the top before trying to login. With a recent update to the Shaw Go Gateway app, a Shaw ID login is now required. If it is using the old Shaw My Account login, please re-register by visiting https://register.shaw.ca/
I did create a Shaw ID and the app still won't allow my to login. To reiterate, I am still able to login to all Shaw apps, account, etc., except for the Gateway app.
Hmm, that is odd.. you didn't by any chance upgrade over to BlueSky TV did you? As the gateway app is not compatible with that equipment. Though, I would presume signing in would still work so it would appear to be more of an authentication issue. I've sent you a private message to collect account information to take a closer look
