Internet wasn't working and I sat on the phone for 18 minutes listening to the same ads play over and over telling me to go online and access services that I couldn't access until I finally couldn't stand it anymore and hung up. It used to be when you phoned customer service, Shaw either used their call back feature or at least gave you an estimated time that you had to wait for help.
My question is with internet out again, why was the call back feature not activated? Or at very least, why was there no indication of how long I would be subjected to those annoying ads?
You guys used to be really good and we even had local people answering the phones. Now we have nobody.
Customer service is a dead with Shaw.
