It has been a few days now and I keep losing channels and now down to 3 of them. I have done everything that has been suggested but it still doesn't work. Trying to call in has been next to impossible so hope I can get answers here.
What does your screen show when you try to watch a channel that doesn't work? An error message of anykind?
Try reactivating/resetting your terminal Online Activation for new Digital Terminals
It says one moment lease Ref code S0a00
Do the reset/activation incase they just moved the carriers the channels were using around and your terminal missed the update,
If that doesn't work, may need a service call.
That error means no signal, but the channels that work are very clear? So I don't think it would be low signal.
I tried to reset and it says there was an error and yes the 3 channels are clear
That is weird that the reset doesn't work...
Now hopefully a shaw-moderator can help...

Could try calling now? Their calls should have slowed down?
Hmmmm like to say it has slowed down but busy still and going by what other people are having trouble I think we are just about done
