email won't forward, settings appear correct

I have followed the instructions to turn on email forwarding (Preferences>Mail>forward a copy)

I own both accounts, and they are both @shaw.ca accounts.

 

Any ideas why the mail won't forward?  I have attached a screen shot of the settings page.
