How do I get my superchannel to work?
Channel 161-164, 284, and 285 I think?
If they are not working, you'll have to get a few more details on what the problem is?
What is the message you're seeing on the Super Channel channels?
If it's "one moment please", it might be a connection issue. Reconnect the coaxial cable on the back of the digital box and the wall outlet, also the splitter if there is one.
If it's "not authorized", pull the power cord from the back of the digital box for 30 seconds. If still the same message, let us know and we can verify that Super Channel on your account and if it is, we can refresh the channels.
