Problem with Gateway App on iOS?

Having problem with the Gateway app on my iPhone and iPad. The Recorded works fine but the Guide does not work. It tried to retrieve data but after a while, it came back with a blank guide sitting on Wednesday, Dec 31 and cannot be changed. Same happening on both iPhone and iPad.

 

Any idea?
