I have 2 shaw email addresses, one business one personal. I am always logged into both so I can easily check on emails through the day. However, in the last month I have noticed that as soon as I open the second email I get a permission denied in the first email. I contacted tech support by phone and they said that it was a browser issue and I need to clean my cache, cookies etc. (I use Firefox mostly). I did what they recommend but continued having the same issue. I have now tried different computers, different web browsers but I still get the same error message.
Can someone please recommend a fix?
