Since I just switched to Internet 150 Unlimited today, when will My Shaw Account page show the changes?
In some cases it can take up to a full billing cycle before MyShaw will show the updated bandwidth cap. But we can assure you that once switched our bandwidth team will not enforce a cap, and there is no automated system in place that would do so either.
When I upgraded from 30 to 75 it took a couple days to reflect on my account page.
It should only take a few days for My Shaw to reflect the changes.
