Since last week I'm sometimes getting the following error message in Shaw webmail:
HTTP ERROR 400
Problem accessing /service/preauth. Reason:
account is in maintenance mode
This occurs sometimes when I click on an email to open it. Other times it will occur if I've been at another tab in my browser and go back to the email tab, the sign-in page will be on screen instead of the email inbox and when I try to sign-in I get the above mentioned error message. It usually takes several tries to log back into my email and frequently I go back to the Shaw Connect main page and log in from there. This seems to have started around the same time of the recent Windows 10 update but it could just be coincidence.
