Shaw My Account not loading

My Account page has only successfully loaded once since I switched to Shaw (1 week ago). Always get "Please wait, while we retrieve your account information..." page indefinitely after submitting username and password. Tried to load page on IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, on wifi, off wifi, home computer, work computer.
