why can't I access my account

I have just received my latest (increased) invoice via email but can't access my account online.  I keep receiving a message that either my account number, Shaw ID or password are wrong.  If I request an email be sent retrieving any of them nothing happens - no email arrives.  What's going on with Shaw?
