I am signed up to receive updates on Shaw outages but I never get any sort of notifications when there is a planned outage or updates. How are notifications sent?
I work shift work so it is imparative that I have internet from midnight to 7am to do my homework and schooling. Updates should be directly sent to our emails so other arrangements can be made when the internet connection won't be available.
If updates are sent directly to my email I ain't getting them and I wanna know why. I'm subbed to the service announcements and Saskatchewan do I need to do something else?
Here I am again tonight no internet because of updates and I had no warning. And checking the forum manually is just not realistic and not something I should have to do to find out when updates are happening!!!
