Lately I've been experiencing random spikes of packet loss which is VERY annoying when it comes to internet heavy applications such as gaming and streaming. I've had it good until recently and was wondering if there are any solutions to this matter.

Sorry to hear the challenges you're seeing with the internet connectivity. Are you seeing these challenges with wired and/or wireless connections? Do you notice any other performance changes (speed tests, latency on ping tests, etc) when testing?

All devices on wired and wireless connections will cut out. Speeds drop during packet loss and complete loss of internet connectivity.

It would appear that there's a small and localized challenge in your area that is resulting in this packet loss. Our operations team were recently made aware of this challenge and are working on locating the cause and restoring stability to the service. We do not have an ETA at this time. Having the same issues. 4 tech visits, plus a referral to the maintenance team. 1 month of signing up and the longest I've had a stable connection was 2.5days.

Had two techs come in today, and found out the module outside on the street line failed. (The "Tap") They've since then rerouted my wiring to another module a little further down the street. Until the maintenance team can come and replace that module. They also commented that the module gradually becomes worse and worse until it fails. I'm not sure if you're having exactly the same issues I was having, but this could be a start!
I'm starting to get this problem again and it's very frustrating. Every ten minutes I'm getting major packet loss and my internet completely stops working! What's the issue here? It affects all wireless and wired devices and I've rebooted my modem multiple times to no avail.
