So here's a question that I don't see anyone really asking.
Does everyone, and I mean everyone on the old offers like internet 30, 50 etc all get upgraded to internet 75?
If so when does this take effect? How does this impact my billing? How long does it take to be upgraded?
Do we have to get a new modem? (I wouldn't mind getting a new one as my cisco the plug isn't even a snug fit, its just enough to keep it plugged in.)
Also why is it so hard for Shaw to offer internet in rural areas? Instead rural people have the lack luster xplorecrapnet to use which is a far cry from actual internet.
Thanks a bunch!

The only other plans to see automatic changes in the near future (before end of October) are customers on older packages High Speed 10 and High Speed 20, they will see notices in their bill or by other methods of contact. They are moving up to new (higher) plans, which are at the same price point (customers would see no change in monthly cost). Internet 50 is not affected as it was offered at a different price point. We would recommend to reach out to us, or any customer service agent, to review your package and options available. Thank you.
