When I sign out of MyShaw(my.shaw.ca) I receive an error stating "An unexpected error occurred. Close your browser and try again." I have been experiencing this error since October 11, 2017. Also I receive this error regardless of what device I use.
That is interesting. That message usually appears when you try to sign in and it fails, not when you sign out. I am going to send you a private message, please check your community inbox.
I am having the same issue. Not when logging in, but logging out.
