Our Blue Sky box is indicating the recording is there, but when we try to watch it, we get "I'm sorry that recording is not available right now" or " there was a problem recording this program and it is not available". What does this mean?
Our Blue Sky box is indicating the recording is there, but when we try to watch it, we get "I'm sorry that recording is not available right now" or " there was a problem recording this program and it is not available". What does this mean?
It sounds like the recording took place but there could have been a weak signal or interference during the time of the recording that is making it not playable.
It also could be that there is some signal troubles currently that is preventing playback. it is possible for this to be remedied if you try removing and reconnecting the coax cable from the back of the box and the line leading back to the wall outlet (including any splitters along the way)
