I am having difficulty updating the Gateway app on my iPhone ( iOS 11)
i receive a message saying the update is unavailable.
Is there an issue with the app? It worked perfectly before I updated to ios 11.
Hey alansax, no issues that I'm aware of with the latest version of iOS.
Did you have the app on the phone, then you went to iOS 11 and then it stopped upgrading? Or did you wipe the phone, go to iOS 11, and then reinstalled the app?
Possible that the app is looking for something that was in the old iOS. I'd recommend uninstalling it completely from the phone and then downloading and reinstalling it again. Hopefully a fresh of it from Shaw Go Gateway on the App Store will do the trick.

When it comes to apps, I find there's a couple of good steps -
1. restart the phone
And if that doesn't fix the issue -
2. reinstall the app
But I'm happy that it's working for you now!
