I'm unable to view or download my monthly PDF bill from Shaw's website. I've tried on two different computers + two different browsers (Safari and Firefox). I never had this problem before. Is this a known issue?
Sorry to hear you are having issues with that. I just tested on my personal account and it worked correctly. What is happening when you try to do it now? Do you get an error message that pops up or does something else happen?
It works now! It seems the server was sending back some invalid PDF data (or perhaps an error message but with content-disposition set to PDF?). Seems whatever was wrong has been fixed - thanks for the reply.
