We have an Arris Gateway system and for the past few days, we haven't had any channel guide information. When we hit the guide button, all that is displayed is the channel name. No programming information is shown. We have tried unplugging the Gateway unit as well as the Portals, but no change. We are unable to program the PVR to record any shows as a result.
Any suggestions on on what to try to correct this.
We we are in the Vancouver area.
