Shaw Failed Again

Got a tech (nice guy) over this morning setting up Bluesky and guess what? It doesn’t work! The system is down, will take several hours to fix (hopefully) and I cannot use my old Gateway. No TV. Shaw got good people but poor and unstable technology. How can people feel confidant to use Shaw? First the Gateway and now this, is Shaw wanting to scare people away?
