Had my service disconnected and reconnected today ... but have lost access to all channels upon reconnection. Tried unplugging cable box for 30 seconds but still nothing.

Hi ljoysan - try disconnecting and re-connecting the power to your digital terminal if that doesn't work, go to Online Activation for new Digital Terminals / and re-activate your digital terminal.
