Calgary latency issues to specific servers starting Nov 29

Been using Shaw for years and living in Calgary, am currently signed up for Shaw 150.  Starting either early morning or around noon on November 29th a game I play regularly (daily) which hadn't had any problems started experiencing bad latency.  I went though all the suggestions on both their, and Shaw's end (flushing DNS etc.) and things are still messed up.  At their suggestion I downloaded and ran a program to identify where the problem is happening and it shows it to be on Shaw's end.  Looking in their forums there were a number of people in BC, and Alberta (all Shaw customers) who were experiencing he same issues.

Here is the data I gathered to hopefully help identify and fix this issue:

I hope this helps resolve the issue, I was on last night and it was pretty bad, and logged in this morning and things were slightly worse, last night my in game latency was around 300-550 ms with spikes as high as 3000 and this morning the in game latency was up around 700-900 ms which is pretty much death in a streaming game.

Has an issue been located and identified yet, and is there a fix happening?
