My TV'Shalf my channels missing rest pixilate all my connections are good so what is Shaw's problem in Sherwood Park.
I see Shaw knows about this on Service Update & working on it. Nov 28 – Interruptions to Various TV Channels - Outage [Resolved]
Happening in North Vancouver as well. Most channels affected. Some still watchable (CNN). Others including Shaw's own BC1 just "One Moment Please" screen.
Shaw says resolved at 430 pm
I am in Esquimalt....still constant audio drops, video freezing...etc etc etc...
Music channels included. Pretty lousy day of service methinks.

Sorry, it does appear there was another small interruption during the night after it was first believed to be resolved. Challenges continue to be investigated and monitored by our operations teams, but as of this morning we aren't seeing any further active issues. Thank you.
Are these issues caused by bad system changes/ application maintenance or is is it hardware failures?
Here it goes again. Lots of channels down. Lower Mainland? What is going on? Equipment failure?
Not just in Lower Mainland, Edmonton as well.
Shaw is working on it - again. Why all the problems SHAW?? What is the ongoing issue with your service/equipment??
Second time in two days. Telus phoned me last week with an offer to switch. I said not at this time ,thanks.
I guess I may reconsider if this nonsense continues.
This issue is NOT resolved. Since 06:40pm tonight we have been experiencing severe pixilation on most channels, especially those with Canadian content like HGTV and TSN1-4 channels. At about 07:45pm, I reset the PVR. Nothing happened immediately, but now we notice channels are slowly comming back. We live in the Richmond, BC area near Steveston/No 2 Road.
Where is the forum or advice page where SHAW notifies us of issues?
Also not resolved here in south Vancouver. Severe pixellation and many channels not available at all (large colour bars showing)
Seems to be fixed now. Hope it remains.
