I live on Bowen Island. A few friends and I are currently experiencing severe pixilation. I can't get through to Shaw. Can you help?

Severe pixilation on most channels, with only a handful of channels clear. I have disconnected the power, waited 30 seconds, reconnected. Problem persisted. I disconnected the cable from the digital box, waited 30 seconds and reconnected. Same issue. With several people experiencing the same problem, is it your cable?

I tried to get through to you by phone, but there's an immediate busy signal.
