Get some variant of this message on all platforms (desktop/mobile/iPad). Never reconnects. Am stealing neighbour's login for now. Customer service suggests unplugging/replugging + waiting a day. Not ideal and doesn't work anyway. Any help?

Sorry to hear about the challenges you're seeing with your Freerange TV. To confirm, if you log out of your login and use your neighbours account, you do not see this error when watching Live TV on Freerange?
