After updating my iPhone to iOS 11.2 when I try connecting to ShawPasspoint it asks me for a Username and Password even though the profile is installed. I’ve tried removing the profile and installing it again but it still gives me the same problem.
It appeared to be a issue with my phone its self as even when I removed the profile it would still remember the ShawPasspoint network but there was no option to "forget" it. I ended up having to restore my iPhone which has seemed to resolve the issue.
Hey colton_w24, sorry to hear that Passpoint is getting you issues.
You can remove the Passpoint profile from your phone at Settings > General > Profile > ShawPasspoint > Delete Profile
Could you also log into your account at my.shaw.ca and remove your phone from the list of registered devices? You'll find it under Internet > Shaw Go WiFi Devices. Go to the right of your phone and click Remove. Once that's done, log back in at a Passpoint hotspot and see if that gives you access.
