This has been going on for way too long. It has taken the enjoyment out of watching TV for both Mom and I. There are certain shows (South Park, for example) that we can't even watch because the dialogue is hard to understand without the CC. What is Shaw doing about it? I am seriously going to contact TELUS when my commitment to Shaw expires soon. Shaw, please don't ask me to do anything like reset my DVR or, as someone else posted, contact the stations directly. It is YOUR responsibility to provide us with functioning CC. What are you doing about it Shaw?
