These messages ask for name, address, phone and then the next page asks for credit card info along with SIN.
Is this some phishing? Why would Shaw need my CC info and SIN?
Yes they came in email.
I guess I was phished then. The https and shaw in the link got me. It cost me my email password but I changed that right away.
Here's a couple of the links involved. In a fit of panic I deleted the original emails.

Did you receive these via email? They definitely are not legitimate as we would never ask for your SIN, and we only accept credit card information through secure channels (in person, over the phone or through My Shaw online or the app). I'm going to delete the links from your reply just to make sure no one accidentally enters their information there as well.
