It seems like ive had this problem forever and everytime someone from shaw comes over, they say theres no problem with your internet while im getting this
I called tech support and they asked me to test the area connection which was about 2.2Mb/s download but the upload was fine. I am paying from 25Mb/s download and im getting 1/100th of what my family is paying for.
My question is, if shaw already knows that its the area then why don't they fix it? Is unacceptable to see others like me getting almost unusable download speeds.
