Problem with sending email to shaw.ca accounts

I'm having problems with sending emails to @shaw.ca accounts.  I tried sending an email on Feb 5 and tried again on Feb 6.  I have been in touch with those who didn't receive the emails and the messages are not in the spam folders.  I use a program from AWeber to send my emails - they've checked and assured me that the emails have left their servers.  AWeber support has asked me to find out if the administrator at shaw.ca can provide information on what is causing the blocks.  If you can provide details, AWeber may be able to change something on the AWeber side of things.  #problemshawemailaccounts
