My boss is having issues getting her email delivered to accounts on the Shaw network. Her emails are received by these individuals’ gmail accounts, but not their Shaw accounts. There is no notification that the email has been bounced or otherwise rejected.
We are using Office 365 and outlook. I have tracked the email via the Office 365 admin account, and it shows that the email has been delivered.
My boss uses this email address: email@example.com
Can you tell why her emails are not getting through? She tried sending simple text emails, and they were undelivered as well.
