A few days ago I started getting latency spikes which heavily affected online gaming. I ran multiple ping tests and trace routes in CMD but everything seemed fine: no packet loss or spikes from the router, or on websites like google.com. I deduced that it was a problem with my PC. I reinstalled Windows and double-checked my hardware, but the problem still persisted. I was stumped until I decided to use a ping analyzer software, PingPlotter, which finally showed who the culprit is. ~10% packet loss from your guys' two hops (see attached picture). Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm on wired connection.
