Starting on February 22nd, all of my wife's e-mails have been tagged with "Shaw Suspected Junk Email" which are not delivered to some recipients depending on their spam filters. She has changed nothing in her e-mailing behavior in the past four months. She now has no certainty that anything she sends out is received. Shaw seems to have no solutions. Does anyone else have this issue?
Hi bmturner.
Does that only show up when she sends from an email program on her computer, or from an app on her phone? If so, it might be something with the IP address assigned to that device. Go to https://www.google.ca and search 'IP address' and it should let you know what yours is.
One test is to go to https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup and see if your IP shows up there. If someone reported your wife's email address as a spam account, it's possible that Shaw and other email providers are just showing some caution.
Or does it also happen when she sends from https://webmail.shaw.ca?
