RANGE AS IN FEET OR METRES
There is no honest way to answer this other than it varies..
Building construction (what is in the walls, what the walls are made of, and so on), other WiFi signals, some babymonitors, there is 'ideal' conditions, but really the effective range depends on a lot of factors, mostly directly related to location.
Even putting the modem/router on a shelf rather than on top of a bookcase can make a noticeable difference.
The other major part is the devices trying to use the WiFi.. Some are better than others.. This matters because even if a device is seeing/hearing the WiFi signal, can it transmit well enough back to the modem/router to be heard/understood.
As the modem is compatible with 802.11n for wireless on both 2.4/5G networks, the approximate range would be 70m (230ft indoors). Several factors can affect the range, such as building materials of home/electronic devices/location of modem. Hopefully that helps!
