Any luck gjlink? If not, try setting your mail server to mail.shaw.ca and give it another try. If it's still not working for you, you might need to remove and recreate the email account in Windows Live Mail, but this would result in all of your local email being lost. If Windows Live Mail is set to save a copy of messages to the server indefinitely this won't be an issue, but let me know so we can be sure you don't lose any email.
