When sending an email to someone and they have set there out of office, I am not getting an out of office reply back. This is only happening when I am sending an email using my shaw email. I have used gmail, work, yahoo email and I get an out of office reply back. I have checked the customers settings and they have internal and external set to reply. I also checked mail flow in exchange and it is checked to reply to external messages.
Anyone else have problems with shaw emails and OOF?
