VoIP Sound Quality and Packet Loss

Multiple ongoing Shaw users with packet loss due to multi hops once outside network and external server and cloud server. When completing MTR trace route we find high packet loss on hops 6,7,8,9 that are all connected to Shaw.

The issues have escalated in the past 2 months. This is getting to the point where we are only working with clients who do not have Shaw. Any help is appreciated. I have attached copies of trace routes for reference.
