I have lost some of my main channels like CTV etc. I followed the online instructions and no change. What now? Is it time to look for another provider?
If you have a digital box, what message do you see on those channels - is it "one moment please" or "not authorized"? Also, which steps did you take to fix it?
Not authorized is all over the NW! Not a single channel on 3 boxes. What poor service
