Hello conradg, sorry to hear you're having some trouble with FreeRange on your laptop. Have you tried testing the FreeRange app to see if that works or if you get the same error?
I just tried the app on my iPad and no luck. It says "We didn't find a match. Try adjusting your filters to broaden your search."
I cleared all filters, but nothing is showing up still.

I have been having the same issue for over a week in the app and web browser and nobody has been able to fix it
It hasn't worked on any of my devices for over 3 weeks now. I just see a message that says "Sorry we're having some trouble" "Please try back soon". I've given up chatting with support as Shaw has obviously given up on Freerange live tv.

Are you noticing this on the App as well? Do you also notice this on other browsers?
