I just got the new advanced shaw modem setup but I am having issues with my Dlink DAP-1320 wifi extender. my devices connect to it but no internet access
I am sorry to hear that is happening! There can be a number of causes but normally the extenders just need to be set up again once a new modem is set up.
I would suggest starting by checking the manual and going through the set up again. If that does not work you may need to reach out to D-Link support directly. They will have tools to test the equipment and get things going!
