The old Shaw app used to support business account and it was so handy to use for call forwarding. Now the new my shaw app does not support business account. When will it do it? This was one of the major reason why I chose Shaw over Telus. Thank you
Sorry about the delay in response! Currently the My Shaw app only supports residential accounts. To my knowledge there is no ETA on making this available to business customers. That said, you should be able to turn on Call Forwarding through My Shaw online. You can find the steps for that here Set up & use Call Forward
