I just got BlueSky. So When I click the "Shaw" button, I am taken to the main menu. I see there a random sports programme featured, which I have never watched and never want to watch.
How do I clear this main menu? And why is this program there in the first place. I have read the manual front to back, there is no obvious explanation.

I went to the BlueSky TV test station and I see what you mean.
When I pushed the SHAW button on the remote, it gave me to the left to right options on the bottom. But then below that, there is a link to NCAA basketball playoffs. Last month, it was a link to the Winter Olympics. Soon, it'll likely be a link to the NHL playoffs.
And then if you scroll down past that, you'll see a link to the last channels that you watched.
While NCAA might not be to everyone's taste, it is a pleasant reminder that it's playoff time. We try to make the BlueSky TV menu helpful, but we also put that sports reminder in a place where you can see it but can also ignore it if need be.
