I have been consistently dropped from my Internet and TV service ever since I have joined with Shaw and it is getting worse. The internet seems to go out on a more consistent basis and seems to be linked to the time of the day, which is 3:00. The TV on the other hand seems to go out on a much more random basis. What can be done to fix this problem and is it common in the area where I live? Rebooting the Cable modem and the Shaw Box only fixes the problem in the short term.
