If I have a Shaw account and just pay for internet could I still order the wwe network going through that?

You would need to subscribe to a minimum of Limited TV to add on the WWE Network. At this time it is not available without a cable subscription and we don't have any information as to whether or not that will change in the future. Sorry about that!
