Tonight is the third time that I have called the Shaw Telephone Support line and experienced the same problem.
When Asked to enter the 10 digit number associated with my account, the system reports I have entered a non-recognized (or maybe invalid?) number.
The only shaw telephone number I have EVER had is 604-261-xxxx
I have called many many times over the last decade and it has always worked,.... until a few months ago.
Last time I called I had someone look into this matter and they said it had been rectified.
Tonight's call indicates that it has NOT been rectified.
It would be nice to have this fixed.
Can someone manage to do so for me?
