Lost in Shaw Space...
Danger! Danger! Want to give up 10 hours of your Life? Phone Shaw to get the service you were promised when you signed up.Spent several hours talking to several people until they confess they have no idea how they can help you. Get transferred to the retention department. They tell you that all you have to do to get the service you were you promised, is change your wireless router. It will be easy they said. Do not believe them. This will involve giving up another 4 hours of your life, your phone features and even more time calling Shaw. Just when you think you are done, the bill arrives. The inaccurate bill. Another hour on the phone repeating the promise you were made when you signed up. Is the adventure over or will next months bill require more time out of your life, only time will tell!
